Reiki

Reiki is a non-invasive healing system that channels natural energy in order to relieve ailments, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki strengthens the immune system and helps to heal the body’s tensions, exhaustion, depression and fears as well as physical disorders of all kinds. Reiki is conducted with the person to be treated sitting or lying fully dressed. The practitioner gently places their hands on the body in a series of hand positions with the intention of facilitating self-healing and comfort. A Reiki practitioner facilitates healing energy, but does not provide the energy. Reiki can be used to treat self, others, animals, plants, food, crystals, the home and so on. The uses of Reiki are limitless, requiring only the intention to do good.
